In4Care seeks to custom make services to match your unique needs, goals and interests. We ensure a personalised response that reflects services available in your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan.
Assist Personal Activities
In4Care can provide assistance with all personal tasks such as showering, toileting, oral hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Other support services under this category are:
Tasks such as cleaning, gardening, laundry, and food preparation
Help with eating and drinking
Assistance with medication administration
Supervision of personal tasks to develop independence
If you are an NDIS participant who has been approved for the Core Supports category, then you can access these services through your NDIS plan.
We also offer services under the “Assist Personal Activities High‘ services category, including:
Care services for complex bowel care, diabetes, epilepsy, stomas, urinary catheters, enteral feeding, severe dysphagia management
Wound and pressure injury management
Community Nursing Care
In4Care offers the best nursing care through our community nurses. They are caring professionals, highly skilled, culturally sensitive and ready to help.
In4Care’s community nursing care services can be provided in your home or in our shared independent living accommodation(SIL House) by a qualified nurse. You can access these services on a regular or occasional basis.

Wound and pressure care support
PEG feeding and management
Dysphagia support
Stoma care
Bowel care
Respiratory support
Continence management support
Palliative support
Diabetes management
Dementia support
Chronic disease management

Education and support for participants and their caregivers
Daily Tasks/Shared Living
This service supports participants in developing and improving their domestic skills within shared living environments. Our In4Care support workers can assist or simply supervise participants in their daily tasks, helping them in acquiring the essential skills needed for a more independent life.
Innovative Community Participation
Our Community Access and Support service can help you to expand your horizons, build meaningful friendships, and take part in activities you enjoy. Whether it's going out to a local pub, joining a sports team, bushwalking with a friend, doing a TAFE course, getting work experience or going to an event – we can support you to make it a reality. This will enable you to: increase your confidence and build your ability to participate with peers and develop skills to be more independent to live your best life.
Household Tasks
If you have a disability, some household tasks can be challenging. In4Care can provide assistance with various household tasks based on your specific needs. Some of the household tasks we can assist with include:
Cleaning: cleaning of living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Laundry: washing, drying, folding clothes and ironing
Cooking and meal preparation: preparing meals, grocery shopping, and meal planning.
Accommodation/ Tenancy
At In4Care we can assist NDIS participants locate and apply for suitable housing that accommodates their needs. Other services covered by this NDIS Registration Group are:
